My favorite subject in elementary school was Science. At first, this was a really complicated concept for me. Then, I had a good teacher show me that Science was everywhere. Science was not just a bunch of technical terms. Static Electricity was what happened when the cat rubbed his fur against the carpet. The greenhouse effect was what happened in the car during the summer.
Then in middle school, I found another subject to love the same way I found Science. I loved art class. Art is everywhere too. Art is not just what we create. It is the beauty of what God has created. I see Art in a beautiful sunset, or the waves of the ocean.
Just like in school, I have two favorite subjects with God. God gave the two main subjects of Judgement and Grace. Judgement sounds like a strange favorite topic, but you cannot have Grace without judgement. Judgement means we have screwed up a lot. Grace is God loving us anyways. He loved us enough to send his one perfect child to die.
Around a year ago, my sister-in-law gave me a journal in a jar. The jar is filled with questions to challenge your relationship with Christ.

How has God Shown his Love for me lately?
God shows his love by surrounding me with people who love me. No matter what happens in my life, I know he will show me who really loves me for me. It can be the most painful thing when God shows you who you truly need in your life, but he has your heart on his mind. He will open unexpected doors, and show you the best path for your life if it is your time, and if it is your desire. Once you see his love, you will love him back. He will use things you did not even know you had in you.
