What is your favorite name of God and Why?

Immanuel, "God with us." This means nomatter what I do or what anyone says, God is with me. He is with me because he loves me. He loves me because I am his creation. I love him because nomatter what happens in my life, HE IS WITH ME! He has helped me through many struggles by showing me the strength he has given me.

When I consider God's plan to save me I feel...

blessed. Jesus was perfect. I am nowhere near it and God saved me from my sin nature. Not only did I get eternal life, but I have a choice. I can walk with God. I can love his people. I can stop myself from sinning with the power of the Holy Spirit. I AM SO BLESSED!

What do i find delightful about God?

God is the creater of this earth. He carefully considered everything he created. If he created the Earth any other way, nothing on Earth could survive. The plants could not survive without the sun, and people could not survive without the animals or plants. In all this careful consideration, he also knew the one thing he loved the most would mess up the work that was once perfect. This one thing is a human being. We have sin nature that came from the very first people on Earth. He loved us so much, he decided to create us anyways. He created us knowing he would have to send his perfect son, Jesus Christ, to die for us. Now, I am able to walk with him in me aevery step of the way.

I Know God is with Me Every Moment Because...

I made it to this point in my life thanks to him! He truly loves me and has never given up on me. He puts amazing influences in my life to help me grow in faith. He answers my prayers with his healing touch that can only come from him. He gave me this life to fellowship with him. According to Phillipians 4:13, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

What is my life currently saying to those around me? Does it say glory to Jesus?

This is a question I have wondered about a lot lately. Life has changed a lot in a short amount of time. How did I really handle it? Did I show God working in my life through the changes in my life? Honestly, I'm not sure.

This is my prayer:
Dear Lord,
I love you! I know you love me and I am your child. What a blessing! I know there are areas in my life that do not show your glory. When I have problems, instead of giving them to you, I like to try to handle them myself. This just brings stress, and my problems become over my head. Help me to remember that nomatter what the circumstances of my life, you are in control, and you deserve the glory!
